The staff application of Level Up Resources

What we do

Our navigators reach Medicaid members across the Bronx, screen them for health-related social needs, enroll the people who qualify in a medically tailored meals benefit, and coordinate weekly delivery to their homes.

The Hub is where that work is recorded — one record per person, from the first call through screening, enrollment, delivery and billing. It is used only by our own staff and the dietitian, delivery and referral partners we work with. It is not a public product and it has no self-signup.

Automated mail from this domain is sent from no-reply@leveluphub.org. There are exactly three kinds, every one of them triggered by an action taken on the recipient's own account:

• a password reset, sent only when the account holder asks for one;
• an account invite, sent when an administrator creates that account;
• an account-security notice — a new device signed in, an account was deactivated, or two-step verification was reset.

We send no marketing email, run no campaigns, and keep no mailing list. Messages carry no images, no tracking pixels and no remote content. Every one is signed with DKIM, covered by our published SPF and DMARC records, and delivered over TLS.
